In year five we recently sat our cycling proficiency test, and as part of the week we all got to write about our experience of the week.
All our efforts were read out to the whole class and we got to vote on what we thought were the best two. The winners were

    Alexander Thirlwell and
    Owen Johnson

Alexander Thirlwell’s - Two weeks ago on Monday sparkling snow was covering everything in sight. I wished that I could do cycling proficiency on that week but I was lucky because if I did it on that week I would not be able to go out on my shiny silver bike. During that day I was hit by what looked like a snowstorm, it knocked me over into the soft blanket of snow. more>
Owen Johnson’s - My cycling proficiency was great and has many safety benefits, such as it will enable to ride my bicycle to school everyday without any accidents. When the weather gets warmer I am going to start and ride my bike to school because this will help me keep fit and stay healthy. more>
